My leadership philosophy is grounded in faith, character, integrity, and quality, with a commitment to serving and transforming the lives of others. I believe that true leadership begins with faith in God and faith in self, and it is expressed through servanthood, personal growth, and positive community impact.  

I apply a blended leadership style that combines the heart of Servant Leadership with the vision of Transformational Leadership. I strive to lead by example—serving with purpose, lifting others up, and helping them become people of quality who contribute meaningfully to their communities. 

As an active Chamber of Commerce Ambassador in multiple cities, I am deeply committed to community engagement through business mixers, networking groups, and local initiatives. Through WiseChoice.me, I offer a comprehensive suite of services—including final expense planning, one-to-one coaching, group coaching, and interactive workshops—crafted to help clients clarify their needs, cultivate a growth mindset, and confidently plan for a more secure and purpose-driven future.
